Refund Policy
At The Attaché Line, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be in the same condition as received, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging.

Photo of faulty item
Please note that return shipments are at the expense of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty.
To initiate a return please email hello@theattacheline.com for the address. Your item must be posted with tracking, we will not be responsible for lost returns. Return must include your name and order number.
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will process a full refund of the product.
Please note: we will not refund the original shipping cost.
Damages and Issues:
Upon delivery, please inspect your order carefully. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will promptly evaluate the issue and work towards a resolution.
Faulty Items:
At The Attaché Line, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a faulty item, we are here to help
In the rare event of manufacturing faults, please notify us immediately with photo evidence within 7 days of receiving your item. We will arrange for replacements or suitable solutions as necessary.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Failure to read the basins we do not fit, will not result in a refund and will be up to our discretion.
